In a landmark meeting, the Cambodia Young Entrepreneurs Association for Development (CYEAD) convened with the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) to discuss burgeoning investment opportunities within the nation. This pivotal assembly, held in Phnom Penh, marked a significant stride towards bolstering Cambodia’s economic landscape. The dialogue, led by Chea Vuthy of the CDC and Hong Cheng Chun of CYEAD, centered on identifying potential business ventures and employment prospects, particularly in sectors such as agriculture, agro-industry, real estate, industrial developments, and ecotourism.
The meeting underscored CYEAD’s commitment to drawing foreign investments from neighboring countries, aiming to elevate Cambodian SMEs to a competitive regional stature and generate ample employment opportunities for the youth and local communities.
